These are the parts of me that I love the most.
The part of me that can record something when I feel like it, when I’m inspired. The part of me that accepts all that I am.
I am relaxed. I am calm. I breathe fully and deeply. I have so much to be grateful for. I really appreciate the part of me that speaks my gratitudes every day. I’m creating that relationship with myself.
I love talking to my little inner child. When she wants attention, I give her attention and love. I hug her. I hold her hand. I let her cry. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes. Sometimes it takes all day, off and on. Either way, she knows I’m here.
I love the part of me that’s shifted into being wiser, more mature, and more responsive—with myself and with others. Talking to my Higher Power has become part of my daily life now. I love the part of me that reminds me how amazing I am.
I love the spiritual part of me, and I love the material world too. I don’t think they have to compete. I think they’re meant to support one another.
I love the part of me that still feels sadness around my son. I know that’s something I’m healing within myself. That’s part of what he’s teaching me. As I heal, something shifts in both of us. I trust that process more than ever.
I really like the part of me that responds to my inner self. Instead of the noise she notices the quiet, calm, peace and joy. I’m accepting that part of me more and more, and I want to help others embrace their own beautiful spirituality.
It’s fun noticing the cues—the signs, the symbols, the connections, the emails, the phone calls, the WhatsApp videos. I love my French community. They’re supportive, kind, loving, patient, and wonderful teachers. I love the part of me that connects with people from all over the world.
And even more, I love the part of me that’s connecting with me.
I’m living me more.
Everyday as life moves through me I notice my emotions as they come and go. I feel them move through my heart, my throat, my whole body, and then they pass. These are the cycles of being alive. Real life. Real, lived experience. Feeling. Seeing. Hearing. Knowing. Learning.
There are so many beautiful things in my life right now.
More than anything, what I feel most is gratitude.
Love moves faster than footsteps as life moves through us,
Audrey
